The Green Investment Bank are a government body which are supposed to be investing in green energy initiatives. What they are actually doing is investing in dirty energy projects which will hugely increase carbon emissions, destroy ancient wetland forests, displace entire communities abroad and bring life threatening pollutions to communities in the UK. Biofuelwatch and UK Without Incineration Network joined forces with other activists outside their second birthday bash to protest and highlight an issue that needs much more publicity.
